Responsibilities:
- Oversee product acquisition. Responsible for ordering cleaning supplies as well as food and paper products for a company that has over $5,000,000 of orders on an annual basis.
 - Receive inventory and direct the allocation of materials, supplies, and products in the most efficient way.
 - Properly store inventories including food products and chemical cleaning products.
 - Take inventory accurately on a weekly and monthly basis in order to forecast product demand and supply flow.
 - Analyze inventory data to identify areas of improvement, including loss prevention, reducing waste, and improving logistical functions.
 - Communicate with upper management regarding methods to reduce wastefulness and make recommendations to minimize costs and/or time in the production process.
 - Implement systems to help plan and track product movement within the company.
 - Train and manage clerical staff in the use of company machinery.
 - Monitor and inspect proper function of company machinery, diagnose issues, and establish a preventive maintenance schedule.
 
Requirements:
  Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and two years of experience as logistics manager or operations manager.
